Refund and Returns Policy

1World Fashion operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent designers and sellers. The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be considered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases where an item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
  • The customer must provide a valid Order ID or Invoice
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted

All claims are subject to review and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from odors, stains, alterations, or damage
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

If an item is received in a condition that differs from what was reported or shows signs of wear or use, the return request will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

3. Quality Review & Approval

All products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment.

Upon return:

  • Items are inspected for reported defects
  • If the issue was not disclosed at the time of claim submission or is deemed acceptable for normal use, the return may be denied
  • 1World Fashion reserves the right to approve or refuse any return or exchange at its sole discretion

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Our team will provide a return shipping label where applicable
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refund or exchange requests are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable
  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable

Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Items without reported damage or defect
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Shipping fees and shipping protection charges
  • Items returned without authorization

7. Notification & Communication

Customers will be notified via email:

  • Once the return is received
  • After inspection is completed
  • Whether the refund or exchange has been approved or denied

8. Limitation of Liability

1World Fashion acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer of listed products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the approved returned item, in accordance with applicable law.
