Centuries ago, they crossed borders and oceans carrying our stories, ideas, and culture.

Over time, their origins blurred. The richness of history became familiar. Ordinary. Unnoticed.

But the empire that created them wasn’t destroyed – it evolved, scattered, and quietly became part of who we are.
