Returns are only accepted in cases where an item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

All claims are subject to review and approval by our Quality Assurance team.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
If an item is received in a condition that differs from what was reported or shows signs of wear or use, the return request will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment.
Upon return:
Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
